Plan #1 Comprehensive With Concierge Service

For families who feel overwhelmed by the process of managing their child’s educational progress and need support to synthesize the various sources of information, find referrals, and develop an action plan.  After completing the following steps, we will navigate the many assessments available, and evaluate any testing already done. Next, we will set attainable well-informed goals, and put appropriate supports into place.

 

*Concierge service includes brief calls (15 mins) and texts throughout the process for enhanced communication, accessibility and support

 

  1. Parent interview

  2. Student interview (including an informal assessment if relevant)

  3. School observation

  4. Teacher consults

  5. Professional (outside supports) consults

  6. Document Review (report cards, assessments, etc.)

  7. Action plan, customized list of referrals, and goal setting

$2,000

 

Plan #1 includes up to 10 hours of time (plus no additional fee for concierge service). Additional hours will be discussed in advance if needed.

Plan #2 Testing Review

For families who have already received formal testing from the school or an outside professional, and would like help understanding the results, setting goals, prioritizing next steps, and putting appropriate supports into place.

 

  1. Parent interview

  2. Document review

  3. Prioritized recommendations, customized list of referrals and goal setting

$800

 

Plan #2 includes up to 4 hours of time. Additional hours will be discussed in advance if needed.

Plan #3 Informal Reading Assessment

For families who have questions about their elementary school-aged child’s reading development and would like to know if they are meeting or exceeding grade-appropriate benchmarks:

 

  1. Parent interview 

  2. Informal (non-standardized) reading assessment with student

  3. Summarized findings and recommendations

$600

 

Plan #3 includes up to 3 hours of time. Additional hours will be discussed in advance if needed.

Plan #4  Appropriate School Placement

For families who have concerns that their child’s current school may not be meeting their academic or social/emotional needs, and need help deciding whether or not to move them to a different school.

Plan #4 includes up to 5  hours of time. Additional hours will be discussed in advance.

For families who are wondering whether or not their child is ready to start Kindergarten.

Plan #5 Kindergarten
Readiness

$800

 

Plan #5 includes up to 4 hours of time. Additional hours will be discussed in advance if needed.

Custom plans and hourly consultations are available to meet your specific goals. Please contact us for more information.

Recommendations may include interventions, modifications or accommodations to practice at home or school. We are proud to offer you referrals to professionals with whom we have developed strong relationships over time, such as tutors, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, optometrists, psychologists, and neuropsychologists.
